Crypto deposits depend on blockchain network confirmations, usually between 10 and 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact customer support with proof of payment and we will check it promptly.

MVP789 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers such as banks or e-wallet companies may apply their own small charges. This is beyond MVP789's control. For crypto deposits, network gas fees are charged by the blockchain network itself, not by MVP789.
Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawals at MVP789 are processed quickly. For e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay), funds arrive within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank account withdrawals take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on bank processing times. Crypto withdrawals require 10 to 45 minutes depending on the network. Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all methods. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account tier. Regular members may withdraw up to RM 5,000 per day, Silver members up to RM 10,000, Gold members up to RM 20,000, and Platinum VIP members have a higher limit that can be discussed with their personal account manager.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for several reasons: KYC verification not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not fulfilled, account pending a security review, incorrect bank details provided, or suspicious activity detected. Bonus & Promotions

Wagering requirements mean you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 200 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of RM 6,000 (RM 200 × 30) before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses over a one-week period (Monday–Sunday). The cashback rate is 10% of your net losses. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday before 12:00 PM. There is no minimum loss required to qualify for cashback. Cashback funds can be used for gameplay and may be withdrawn after meeting a 1x wagering requirement.

Yes. If you do not wish to receive a particular bonus, you may contact customer support to cancel it before placing any bets with that bonus. Once the first bet using bonus funds has been placed, the bonus can no longer be cancelled. Please note that cancelling a bonus also means all wins obtained from those bonus funds will be voided as well.
